Do you deliver?

We will be happy to deliver your merchandise to you. Please check with your salesperson for the cost of delivery and setup. All items should be inspected when delivered. Any damages must be noted upon the delivery invoice. We reserve the right to inspect the damages and to repair or exchange the merchandise. This will be determined at our discretion, and of course will be done to like-new condition.

Does my furniture have a warranty?

All of our furniture has at least a one year from the date of purchase warranty.

What are your regular business hours?

Showrooms:  Monday through Saturday from 8:00am – 6:00pm.

Why are some items sometimes out of stock?

We strive to maintain availability of all items listed in our catalog. However, due to the success of a particular item or supply delays, it is possible that an item can be temporarily out of stock. Most times, our store co-workers can provide delivery information on an out of stock item. Michot products are manufactured all over the world and there are many circumstances that can sometimes impact supply.

Is everything Michot’s Furniture sells shown on the website?

The michitfurniture .com website is designed to showcase a wide variety of our varied product line. The site does not, however, feature our entire stock. Please visit your nearest Michot Furniture showroom to view our huge selection of furniture and accessories.

Is there a Michot’s Furniture in my area?

Who do I call if I have a problem with my furniture?

Please contact the store location in which you purchased the item(s). They will be happy to help you with any problem you might have after your purchase.

Why do we not have pricing anymore on our website?

Due to the special purchases and special pricing we are continually receiving from our vendors, we cannot quote pricing on our website. Our policy is to offer the lowest possible price, guaranteed, every day.

Will you sell my information?

Michot will not disclose (sell, trade, rent) your name, residence address or e-mail address to any third parties without your permission, for any reason, at any time.
